How to get a gig approved for Online Backup Service?

I recently posted a gig about getting 1 TB of Backup space for $5.00 which was a promotion offer for 1st year. I am a reseller and wanted to promote our company services. However, this gig was denied by Fiverr team stating 3rd party copyright stuff. Now, how do I get around this? Do I need to send any document or verification stuff to Fiverr to get this approved? or is it illegal to sell licensed software and access information?

You have to imagine the what if’s here:

1. The back up service closes after 6 months, what happens to the customers other money that they paid the service for? Do you refund them?
   
   
2. Fiverr only allow gigs for a duration of 29 days. So I imagine that you would be able to provide the service on a month to month basis for $5 per each month.
   
   
   
   Your best bet is to talk to the customer support team

Due apologies that I couldn’t respond to your reply on a timely manner. The backup service could be offered on month to month, semi quarterly and yearly. The promotion was only for a year for about first 100 clients. The usual price is about $100 per year. There is no additional price or hidden fees for the end user. So as you stated, I may be allowed if I am able to offer a month to month pricing?

I have not used any of them so cant tell about them but yes even i can give suggestions to add one more backup solution software in this .
