Is it legal to massage other buyers for services that I sell? I had joined here 5-6 days ago and some massages came in my inbox and they are offering Graphics Design tasks…Can I do this?

you want to give other buyers a massage? personal services are not allowed. Sending people offers to massage their wobbly bits in exchange for sales will be considered spam, by most people anyway, and you will get reported and your messaging and massaging will be blocked.
