How to find a chosen stock image?

I have a problem.

A buyer want to use a chosen image from gettyimages but I can’t find it when searching and browsing on “Select an image” window. What can I do?

Ask the buyer for the image number or the photographer’s name. That might work. If you can find the image on Getty itself, then you can locate this information yourself.
