aayushagra101
I am not a big seller, but some time ago i got swamped with orders and ended up being late on one. The buyer cancelled and i got a negative rating.Since then i got knocked off all ratings and my orders came to a grinding halt. Is there any way i can recover from this? Advice is HIGHLY appreciated. deannabalestra
It’s a percentage so it depends on how many orders you have and how many new ones you get - I got a force cancel from a customer (for no good reason mind you) and my rating dropped to 86% - I completed only like one or two orders and suddenly I was at 100% again on that gig. aayushagra101
Well that certainly is reassuring, but my entire business depended on my listings on fiverr. I have absolutely 0 orders and i dont see that rising soon, is there any way to get some quick advertisements and get a few orders?
coachgrazina
aayushagra, don’t get discouraged 🙂I have a similar situation; I had excellent reviews, and then too many orders and some personal problems added to orders not finished on time and negative reviews. If you say that your business depends on Fiverr, maybe you can build a business Facebook page, and give people some tips and advertise your business that way - directing them to your Fiverr gigs and asking to share?
