Please... Fix the clock so it resets for modifications

A couple of times recently, including today, I have delivered my order on time, the buyer asked for a modification, then the clock proceeded to continue where it left off. The clock should reset, at the very least, to 48 hours, to allow the seller to modify his work. And what if the buyer wants a modification, but also wants the seller’s input on the changes first? This just happened to me. So I immediately gave my input, but by then he was off to bed (I assume, considering his time zone.) Now the clock tells me time’s up, I’m late.

True, I was down to the wire in delivering these orders. Doesn’t matter. If it’s on time it’s on time. In real life, a client would understand the person he hired needs a reasonable amount of time to make any changes he asks for. For that matter, the buyer on Fiverr understands this too. So it seems only right for an adjustment to the clock to be made in accordance with that. Meanwhile my gig has disappeared off the map for a couple of weeks now, and with what happened today, no telling when it will be listed again.

I do want to add that I am greatly appreciative of Fiverr, because I have never earned anywhere close to this amount on the internet doing what I enjoy doing, and I’ve been meaning to tell the Fiverr folks this. So really, I feel the above is just a flaw in an otherwise VERY good thing!!

Agreed. Some modifications are so extensive that you have to do your order from the scratch. In my case, all my gigs are to be delivered in 24 hours, and sometimes the client asks for modifications a couple of days later. Not fair.

and many times buyers are very lazy to respond and request modification of something which could not be completed within the order time.

It will much better if clock resets for 24 hours or so.
