Uploading files on Chromebooks not uploading?

My only computer is my HP 14 Chromebook, and I’ve been using it for the entire time that I’ve been selling on Fiverr. I haven’t had any difficulty uploading files. What model Chromebook are you using? Do you have an ad-blocker enabled? Are you connecting through a firewall? Have you tried clearing your cache? Have you tried power-washing your Chromebook? Etc. Lots of trouble-shooting options. I’m not much of a techie, but I’ll help if I can.
