How do you know a buyer is fraudulent?

If I can’t find the username of a buyer on Fiverr does that mean the offer is fraudulent? I’ve made buyer’s requests to three people so far, but two of them cannot be found. The third comes up in the search. So I’m curious as to what the difference is or can they block such searches for their own protection?

I don’t know how this will work either, for removing the offer. If they don’t exist for me to contact them, then how can I request a mutual cancellation?

I just started Fiverr three days ago and I don’t want to start out on a negative foot by cancelling them, even if they are fraudulent. Or can I report this and be spared the repercussion?

those buyers which having their own photo, is not fraudulent, i’ve checked this myself don’t trust on then who are without having any identity, and you must see the joining date on fiverr if they are old customers you can do some business if they are joining in a same month then you must prefer someone else thanks.

I noticed a couple of months ago that Fiverr search did not show up buyers in results when you searched by name. Sellers show up so perhaps the third one was also a seller. A mutual cancellation is only necessary for cancelling an order, you cannot cancel a buyer request offer but it is likely they will contact you before ordering anyway so don’t worry about it.

Okay. Thank you for your reply. How does that work for getting offers back though, cause I’m limited to 10? Does this require some action on their part? I have no means of contacting them. How do I replenish that 10 offers limit?

You can judge any person who contact you through messaging system by his or her communication . Because only through communication i can identify the coming person is serious or not after working from 2.5 years at fiver For example .

Fake or freebies type buyer always try to become smart. They will first ask u for samples . So 80 percent buyer here according to my search are also sellers . They get clients and use fiverr for cheap work done . They use your work samples to persuade their buyers So If a person or buyer know about your field or about your work he/she will defiantly gonna give you difficult time .

Potential buyers always talk and understand every point you recommend for them. They will respond you very quickly and will provide you every information very promptly. Plus they will also appreciate your work during the development of during the order .
