How to get copyright agreement.?

my buyer requested a copyright agreement paper for his logo design.please help me to get this paper…!

Copy and paste this statement to him. Tell him to save it and he can print it out if he likes:

I certify that I am (put your name here) am the sole creator of the work described hereunto which I have sold I to buyer (client name). All rights to use this work in any way transfer to him with this sale.

(here put the date you sold it to him)

It also says in the Terms Of Service, that Unless clearly stated otherwise on the sellers Gig page/description, when the work is delivered, and subject to payment, the buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights for the work delivered from the seller, and the seller waives any and all moral rights therein.
