How often do you check buyers requests?

Hey. I’ve been using fiverr for about 9 months and I was wondering how more experienced sellers approach the buyers request area. I tend to check every once and awhile throughout the day, but i imagine some of you must check every 15 minutes… would any veretan sellers say they have a routine? or is it a casual process whenever time frees up

Well I check it mostly in 1-2 days Gap. And my 5-8% customers are from Buyer Request section
