I’m a Level 2 Seller and have been on Fiverr since last December. When I first started (and wasn’t familiar with the system) I missed one message but responded once I realized how the system works. Since then I’ve never missed a message and usually respond within an hour. My response time just recently got back to 100% – for some reason, it went from 100 to 90 yesterday (and to 89 today), but I have NO open messages and have not missed any since that one last December??? How do I get this fixed?
