I have to work with old profile or start from new?

Hi, I start working on fiverr 2 years ago. Then I stop working on fiverr due to some personal reasons. My old profile positive rating is about 80%. I didn’t touch my profile from last 1 year. Now again I want to start working on fiver.
I am lill confused as I have to start with my this old profile, as fiverr didn’t allow me to send request to buyers with my low positive rating. (I am trying to get work from last few weeks)
OR
Is I have to create a new profile and start working as a newbie.

Please Suggest me a Solution…

You have 6 reviews with one cancelled due to not delivering. You could ask customer support if you can start with a new profile or just start with this one again. It really doesn’t matter either way.
