I did more than 10 orders but still no level 1 batch!

Hi friends…every 1 willing to get level batch on fiverr…im too…work hard to get more than 10 orders…now i have made 20+ orders with 99% positive reviews…but still i did not get the level 1 batch…I appealed for customer care they said that I have done out of their rules… in my feeling I never done any thing like that…

I am doing a direct referral gig.so some 1 order me to refer a revenue share site and request me to buy ad pack from that site. i request them to transfer the ad pack amount to that revenue sharing. was it out of rules? tell me…

I think due to 99% rating they delay. Otherwise at that stage your level should be 1.
