Im curious about this.... translations

Is it me or is about 40% of sellers on fiverr using translators??? Ive read through gigs where in their descriptions, you try and attempt to read it, but it just doesn’t make sense? The words are put in a sentence the wrong and incorrect way?? Ive come across this a lot since Ive joined.
