I have contact to buyer that why you gave negative rating , but the buyer didn’t respond my messages. Well in other freelancing sites there an option is DISPUTES. If a seller do anything wrong or bad work the buyer will lodge dispute. But in fiverr system there is no option for seller to remove negative feedback If a a seller contact to fiverr support. The fiverr replied we have no option to remove the feedback. Then how the seller will solve the issues.
