How do I request mutual cancellation after I have delivered?

I delivered what the client asked for but they’re now saying what they wanted was something different. It’s only a $10 gig and I’d have to re-do it all to meet their requirement so I want to cancel, but the mutual cancellation option is no longer there. Is the only way to cancel after delivery to go through CS?

Go to the order page. On top you will see “Resolution Center”. There you will find a few options. Note this will only be possible within 14 days of delivery before the revenue clears.
