Buyer put bad review after order auto complete

Hello Everyone,

Hopefully you guys are well. Today i am going to discuss with you very important topic which many seller suffer in this problem. Say, you got an order and then deliver the project. But your buyer was unresponsive and didn’t response you timely and that’s why the order became auto complete and then after some days later suddenly you see that your buyer give you bad feedback. Then although you wanted to cancel the order but he was such a unresponsive that he can’t even response you any more. So what about then??? IS it your fault or buyer’s fault. Even sometimes you cannot get proper judgement from support team. Some buyer’s are really such a unresponsive that we seller have to suffer them for them. What do you think the solution of it???

Sadly there is no real solution. The best thing you can do is contact your seller and simply say:

“Hi, I’m really sorry that you don’t seem to feel that the work produced was of the quality which you were looking for. However, I am still able to revise this work for you FOC etc etc…”

I’ve had buyers fall over themselves to change a poor review to a better one after sending such messages. Moreover, usually, this is because some buyers don’t know that orders complete automatically and think that you as a seller have marked an order as complete and in doing so told them that you will be unable to carry out any revisions they might need.

Worth a try. Otherwise, you have some great reviews so I really wouldn’t worry about one or two bad apples.
