Why I cannot use my available money balance to pay a new gig ?

I have 25$ availble in my Fiverr balance , I would like to pay for a new GIG (70$)
But the available amount does not take any affect … I sill nee to pay all the 70$
instead of 45$ …

please help me to use my available money !
