steveeyes Posted May 19, 2013 Share Posted May 19, 2013 I open a help ticket (#368958 ) and currently it says “waiting your response”. If I remember correctly, there use to be an option to close tickets, but I do not see that option anymore. So will this ticket just stay open forever saying “waiting your response” even though I responded and there is no option for me to close it.
