Must careful for given bad ratings because of downloading error

This day, my buyer ruined my rating. and he give me not very reasonable rating because of downloading error.

i don’t understand why fiverr downloading system automatically change the .ai files to .ps files.

then i reupload the job zipped on .zip, the file .ai included inside zip.

the vectorize progress is good and rating is not very reasonable.

i have contact the buyer he apologize, i’m asking the adobe illustrator he have, he dont understand and just give the information that he use windows 10 -_-.

i ask him. and he doesnt have the software to open the .ai files -_-

is there a way to change the rating?
my positive clean rating is ruined because this unreasonable rating.
