Unfair Customer

Is there anything that seller can do after spending time to carry out an order customer cancels without reason. Something should be in place to protect sellers as its unfair. Some persons come online order just to exploit sellers by getting us to do job and cancel after deliver. I have encountered that several times and we should have a say in this matter.
