I am looking for someone to help me manage a forum on my website. The forum was just created, so that person needs to make sure no spam is posted, create posts, answer threads,etc. I looked around, and I wasn’t able to find any gig that fits these criteria. Need your help!

You should do that yourself. It’s not going to be something that will take more than ten minutes a day and even less if no one uses the forum.

You could post under buyer requests, but the chances are you’ll have to look for gigs that are in the right ball-park rather than specific. Most sellers will give you an offer for a custom gig. You may have to do some research to find the right shortlist and you will have to think of the skills that person needs in order to do this job, rather than searching specifically for that job. Probably people in social media marketing, article writing, blog writing etc. could do what you are looking for.
