Seller is no longer on Fiverr and took my money

Any one have any suggestions or advise. I purchased an order and the order was NOT delivered nor was my money returned to me. When I went to check on the seller by there user name they are no longer here on Fiverr??? I sthere a way fro me to get my money back or a credit???

I would contact customer service; I’m sure they’ll make good, because they can certainly follow the trail from the time you ordered.
