If I were you, I would read through Fiverrs TOS. Also, since your English isn’t that great, maybe you should consider a different kind of gig to writing and article submission? - That is unless you don’t plan on writing articles yourself.

In either case, you should clarify what you do in your gig description a little better. Also, never try and sell or submit articles which you don’t own or don’t have copyright rights to. Doing so will lead to people complaining and your account being banned.

Read the Fiverr ToS. Read everything in Fiverr Academy. Read the forums.
Then if you still have specific questions, ask them, and ask them in the right forum category (this question is in no conceivable way a ‘tip for buyer’.)
Also, as @cyaxrex says, no-one is going to pay you to write an article in English unless their English is worse than yours so pick a gig you can actually do well.
