Issue With My Delivery

Hello, I am a new seller and slowly I am getting sales. I have been always on time and providing great service. Now I got another order and delivered it ON TIME, but I saw the time running anyway. This has happened before and I thought it’s ok, because after some time it has stopped. Now I woke up this morning and I got an email saying I am late in delivery… When I check from my app on phone the gig doesn’t show my delivery, but when I look from my notebook it is there. I have delivered on time and I am afraid of some kind of bad reputation because of something that is not my mistake.

Please help,

Oh I was told by the support not to use certain lines that might cause filtering the message. Alright, I learnt. It is a nature of my product to use words like “login information” so I’ll try to be carefull now.
