unkarsmuffins Posted May 19, 2016 Share Posted May 19, 2016 I’m a first-time Fiverr user. I placed an order for services, and everything went smoothly. At the end of the order, I was told the order could not be completed until I answered some questions for the seller and uploaded needed files. I filled in all field, and uploaded two small files that uploaded completely and no errors. PROBLEM: I click on "Start Order"button, the page goes pale for a few seconds, then I says my order is still not complete and that I need to answer the questions again and upload files again. I tried 3 times, and on two different web browsers. I do not understand what is causing the order to fail to start. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

unkarsmuffins Posted May 21, 2016 Author Share Posted May 21, 2016 I made a new order tonight with another seller. Same problem, again. I enter in requested info for the seller, attach files, then hit “START ORDER” and the page just refreshes and erases everything I entered. It seems like an obvious problem with how the website is working. I can go to any other website, Paypal, Amazon, Yahoo, and no such problems.
