Warning! You're late in delivering order

Hi,

I received this message after the order got delayed by 3 days. Now, the issue is the order got delayed from the customers side, because they could not provide the necessary details to go ahead with the job.

Should not the time taken by the clients to get back to us with the details be remove from the delivery time or should not the client also be warned if they are not provide the necessary details when a requirement details is requested by the seller.

Any suggestions friends!
