Cancel Order

Hi … I want to cancel order because my seller late his offer more than 24 hour more but system still count more a more minutes to cancel this order … I think this is such a bug in system or … ?

The system offers a couple of days grace period (I’m not sure the exact amount) before you can auto-cancel without them accepting. This is because a forced cancel leaves an automatic terrible review and they try to give the seller a chance to save it, but if they don’t, it will eventually go bad for them.
