Geez…I am shocked sometimes by the requests. Especially students who will pay someone to take a test/exam for them…It shocks me more when I look at all the offers sent for such a request…That there are people who can’t wait to make money this way…
It is so…wrong…I mean don’t these “students” need the know how, isn’t what their tuition was for?

I suppose $5 goes a long way in certain countries…

One person may panic over a grade. They feel it’s worth anything to fix a temporary problem with money even at high risk.

Another person, regardless of country, is in a panic over money but has the tools to provide a grade and fix a money problem even at a small rate. $5 can go a long way anywhere if you have a need.

It happens in life. Panic is awful. Sometimes it’s a learning experience for one or both, but of another kind. As long as there are needs to be met and those who can meet them, human beings will keep making exchanges to get fixes. Broken down, that’s all it is.

I politely decline. I know someone will do it but I’d rather it wasn’t me. One of them obviously felt guilt because I got into a long ‘discussion’ about why I didn’t do coursework gigs 🙂

I tell them off. If any one of them is foolish enough to give me their name and institution, I report them to their college etc.

And let them know. I worked my ass off to get my qualifications in the Mickey Mouse school of sciences (political science, IR and ultimately diplomacy–don’t laugh, I am an excellent diplomat. It’s just that I’m the diplomat with fangs and not a cuddly diplomat) and ultimately it was a waste of far too much money. But don’t blame me, I just decided I didn’t want to be a complicit part of a war machine.

These idiots deserve a good IRL shanking (by which I mean a “harmless internet job” hits them in the real world. The lines are increasingly blurred. These kids should be learning and making their own mistakes, not palming off their studies a few dollars at a time. If you think the leadershp and brains of the world is scary now, imagine what the future brings. Scientific papers written by semi-literate… look, you get the idea.

It’s not the money. It’s the people. Bit like the guns don’t kill people, people do argument. Same thing.

Don’t forget that whatever country you’re coming from, your diplomats and other state agents recognised under intl law are committing crimes that you and I would be thrown in jail for. A bit of paper? A train full of nukes? No matter–diplo paper means it’s all a-ok.
