I just have a gut feeling, saw the timing of his situation on the forum after being sick, and poked around a little. 2+2 doesn’t always = 4 in my world (for better or worse) but it seems the likeliest to me.I wish they were more specific to the end user and my best guess on the lack their is the ratio of support to end user.
