Activate an order after payment

Hello there,

I have paid an order at last tuesday. I entered my card information, got the payment valid, landed on the page “you will get email confirmation soon” but still did not receive any email confirmation, and the seller has not received any order.

What happened? I don’t want to place a new order and to pay it twice when the bug will be solved…

I have contacted the Customer services but I expect the “place a new order” reply.

Walk me through exactly what happened when you purchased the gig, and feel free to contact me personally on fiverr, through inbox. 🙂

I recommend waiting for customer service as they seem to always find a way to solve a problem.
