Sending Webdev Admin Credentials - How with No email?

Hello, all.

I’m trying to setup a WordPress user account for my web developer. This, of course, requires me to have their actual email address, so the password can go straight to them. Well, I do not know their password here in Fiverr. My question (a newbie, for sure!) is this: How do people typically handle this situation when working with developers?

You can contact customer support for assistance. All outside contact has to be approved. For example some sellers have s***e gigs but these are all preapproved by support.
