How to update email for withdrawal

Hello fiverr community, I am looking for solution and facing a problem. I want to update my email for withdrwal. I have not attached paypal and payoneer. I have tried to change manually and fiverr sent me verify link to click on for verify and i clicked and verified. Fiverr support team asked for my passport and government ID card scanned and i provide it. And problem is in pending. How long it takes time to solve my issue. thanks
