So we now have the ability to request a mutual cancellation if the buyer does not respond/activate their order in 7 days. You also can place a reason why you are requesting a mutual cancellation, so this is what I came up with

Client failed to deliver required information for gig to be completed, client forfeited their $5 to Fiverr

I used this 3X so far and each time the “buyer” has responded very quickly “what do you mean I forfeited, I want a refund” So when they ordered I would get no answer but when they find out they are out $5 to Fiverr the sirens go off and they are able to respond…
