You also can place a reason why you are requesting a mutual cancellation, so this is what I came up withClient failed to deliver required information for gig to be completed, client forfeited their $5 to FiverrI used this 3X so far and each time the “buyer” has responded very quickly “what do you mean I forfeited, I want a refund” So when they ordered I would get no answer but when they find out they are out $5 to Fiverr the sirens go off and they are able to respond…LOL Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
