Deleting negetive review

How does a buyer change or delete a negative review he gave a seller

You can go back to the order page and scroll down to the bottom where you can see the review you’ve placed and there is an edit function available right there. However, if the seller replied to your review, you will not be able to change the feedback you’ve placed. You can contact Customer Support to help you out with this if that is the case.

Reviews that have been around for 30 days or more are usually not allowed to be edited as well. But you can always talk to Customer Support to really know more about the rules that apply with regards to this.

It should be done within the certain period and after that It can not be changed without the help of support center.

go back to order page and where you posted the review and under that review you will see a option of modify rating and if you dont know then get help from customer support
