The seller doesn't respond or connected for over a week!

@mkambiz: if you have placed the order and the deadline has passed, you can click on the Resolution Center on the order page and request cancellation. That way you’ll get a refund and can look for another seller.

It’s hard to give a more specific answer without knowing whether you placed the order, whether you’ve submitted the necessary information, what’s the delivery time for that gig, and whether the seller delivered anything.

Thank you all for the answers.
I have placed several orders with that seller,
provided him all necessary information. Even sent him a sample of my product. he was responsive until the fourth of may. But, from then and forward, no reply from him.
Of course i can find other seller but i provided him with a lot of information, explained him what i need, so it will be much trouble to move to another seller. He supplied me some gigs, but there are some gigs which he is late to provide now…

@mkambiz: maybe something happened to that seller, so he’s unable to get to his computer. Have you seen any activity from that seller during the last week? Was he online at some point? When was his last delivery (it should be on his profile, “Recent Delivery: X minutes/hours/days ago”)?

If there was no activity on his account, perhaps he can’t log on and at least inform you what’s going on.

Basically, since the orders are already late, you can either wait some more, or hit the cancellation button and go through the trouble of providing all the information to another seller.
