Lost $31.50 to a Guy on here - Any Possible Refunds or is Another eBay Site

I paid $31.50 for a Service and now the person is gone from Fivver without me getting any type of service.

Does this site give any guarantee, or is this like an eBay site where screwing over people is the norm?

Contact Customer Support. The seller may have been banned from Fiverr for (another) offense, which means you should already have the funds back in your Fiverr credit. Those guys will be able to check and confirm or give you info or whatever.

Try to hold back the judgement a little when asking for advice, too. Though I guess if you keep getting screwed over on eBay maybe you just have godawful judgement and never do due diligence anyway.

I’ve used eBay since it was born and never got screwed over on it. One time I did not get the Peruvian Blue Opal I ordered and got a full refund from eBay. However, approximately 8 years later it did arrive in the mail, apparently lost somewhere in a post office warehouse all that time.
