How to refund money returned to me after I cancelled a job with a seller?

I bought a service from a seller then cancelled it. The money refunded is not included in my revenues and I can’t withdraw it back. Any ideas?

You can use refunded credits to buy another gig. To withdraw it back to your payment provider you have to contact support. For more details jump down to the Refunds section on the terms page.
