Hello! My doubt arise when I tried to get an official bill with Fiverr logo or something official. From the administration department they are requesting me a bill as we understand it is and the one the sent us through mail doesn’t look like to be serious.

Can somebody explain me how can I justify the payment? Is the order number enough?

Have you received an invoice in the mail? Check that and i think its enough? Otherwise you have the customer support and you can ask for help from them.
