Buyer Never Paid for Delivered Product

Hi,

I delivered an audio file to a client. She waited until the expiration time was almost up before she said she wanted a modification and she rejected it. She said she would give me a good review after the changes were made. This started the clock ticking again, and I had no time to do the changes. The changes would be late. I decided to request a cancellation and told her why. She agreed. Now, she has not done a reorder, she has the original delivery, and I have no payment. Do I have any recourse? How can we stop these thieves?

Hello, I would have redelivered the same file to her with an explanation that you need to deliver it again before the clock is up and then you can take another day to do the revision.

I understand you did not want this to be late. But there is no need to do free work.
