Posted the following hoping to find an e-book writer. It was rejected! Can anyone let me know what I did wrong and how to make this request appropriately?

I need an e-book researched and written on “10 Tips For Getting Your Home Sold Faster and For More Money”. I can give you the 10 tips to start with. This needs to be written in a conversational style and pack some serious info for the reader. I will use this as a lead magnet in my real estate busine

Sounds as though you are selling something. That might trigger a rejection.

Some of the requests are rejected by editors, and some are rejected by automatic programs. I wish we were told whether it was an automated rejection or an editorial rejection, because the automated rejections are sometimes based on a word choice, or something else easily changed.

I hope it’s not the ‘tips’ word that is causing it, because it’s a part of your e-book title. I mention that because Fiverr allows Buyers to ‘tip’ a Seller, and sometimes they include words related to site functions in the lists of words to reject.

I do know the automated programs sometimes get hung up on ‘excessive’ uses of a word as well. I had that problem with a legal notice in one of my Gigs (it said I mentioned the company too many times).

It also helps to give the automated programs less words to inspect and potentially misidentify, if that makes any sense.

I’d suggest trying once more, and if it still is rejected, contact CS with the text you’re trying to post and nicely ask what’s wrong with it. I personally don’t see anything immediately problematic with what you’re asking as per the text in this posting, but I’m no expert.

It might be the word “money” which triggered the rejection automatically but that’s just a guess. I know we can’t use that word in our messages. You could try leaving off the word “money” or the phrase “for more money”.
