The crazy thing is I was quit for all of last year until I got given one of those vaping gizmos. Then it broke and I’ve been smoking more than ever ever since. It’s a conspiracy I tell you! Then I made a rule that if I need to do something worse, like toilet cleaning, I get a freebie if I ride 20 minutes instead. 3 lbs down so far! Taking lots of Tylenol will make it faster and give you an unnatural yellow tan! Another addition to “How to look healthy for 3 months without really being healthy!” Nobody steal that, I’m making a blog out if it with affiliate ads for related products.
