eoinfinnegan Posted May 9, 2016 Share Posted May 9, 2016 I don’t think a seller has to refund because you do not need it any more, that isn’t fair. You placed an order and they did it for you. If the job is very badly done and they cannot revise it, then you MAY be justified in cancelling but not because you changed your mind/got someone else to do it/missed a deadline.
