0% feedback on new gigs effects gig location?

So, I wasn’t able to be at the computer most of the day today and I got a feedback on my new gig, it was positive but since I had a 0% at the time Fiverr looked over gigs again,my gig vanished from the page despite a really good sales ratio for a gig only a week old, I would suspect that it is because of the 0%. Does anyone know if the gig will actually show up on the given category again, or have I pretty much lost that position simply because of that temporary 0% on new gigs created? Any feedback would be nice, thanks! I am hoping to see it back up there again, but I guess time will tell. I may contact Customer Service about this then too. Was just curious if anyone had any experience in relation to this?
