taddutton
People really, really like getting new Twitter followers. Sometimes it’s just about stroking egos addled with some instant gratification social media affords, but other times it’s at least a semi-practical aspiration – as insane as it sounds, people get jobs thanks to their ******************.com/buy-arabic-twitter acumen. So it makes sense that a cottage industry for boosting Twitter influence is booming, even if it’s not as helpful as the people plunking down their cards to buy followers think it is. You can’t go from zero to Justin Bieber on Twitter overnight without a little black magic, and in the Twitter follower business, this means resorting to some underhanded tricks to pump up numbers. justmarketing00
I am unable to understand the purpose? Do you want the fake followers or do you offer them or you just want to warn people.
fonthaunt
More likely, OP intended to sneak in a link that isn’t anything to do with Fiverr and doesn’t belong here. It appears they hoped to pretend to warn people while getting clicks. 🙂
justmarketing00
Exactly. I Checked her(though i don’t think its “Her”) and there was a link to a Website so its just spam. Do you have the authority to remove it because i don’t think anyone can promote themselves.
emmaki
Came her for an in-depth journalistic report (I know, I know–I’m an idiot with such expectations) that exposed the seedy underbelly of the Twitter following world. Instead, all I got as this lousy spam. It’s not even a t-shirt, dammit.Booooooo! I want my money back! This is fraudulently outrageous!
fonthaunt
No, I can only block them on the forum. You can help get the profile removed by reporting them to Customer Support under the Trust and Safety field.
justmarketing00
Yes just block them on forum because they can only promote themselves here.Edit : I know they can promote themselves throught the Buyer request or uploading a gig but its better to block them here. fonthaunt
Actually, I have to have a reason to block someone - I don’t just do it without due consideration and in some cases a warning. It is still important to get their profile taken down and any user can report this sort of thing to Customer Support. It is very helpful to the forum team if others help with the reporting since we already spend hours of volunteer time just moderating the forum. Also, if more than one person reports them the chances of a ban are increased. I encourage you to submit a ticket. If we all just ignore things except the ones on the forum, Fiverr will degrade for all of us.

justmarketing00
You should protest at 10 Downing street then. 😃 Don’t forget the banner. I can design you that for 5$.
emmaki
Sometimes I think that CS has the easiest job in the world, just selecting a message from a small selection. Then I remember that they have to deal with scary people who can’t articulate a thing. Then they just selected the most passive aggressive option. Some of them do have a personality behind the multiple choice answers though 😉
emmaki
You can’t, there’s a gate off the man road with policemen. You’re allowed to stand there and say stuff like “I bet the PM smells of wee” if they’re in a good mood. Otherwise, it’s a waste of time.
justmarketing00
Well as far as i know People do protest there. I would surely ask my relatives there 🙂
dungdung
Beside being a designer, i also worked in digital marketing so i’m sure all followers services of Social fanpage are scam. They use sofware and some script to lie users to click on and then ( bump ) - follow your page without notice. So one day, when user realise that , they will unfollow your page. You lost your money for nothing.Buyer should use that money to pay for ad running, cost can be low or high but your followers are real, not fake. edume
In our tests several years ago, purchasing 1000 followers, will disappear after a few months. It takes 16 tweets to gain any interest in a products or service.BTW, tweeter has financial problems and will eventually be sold off or acquired for their database.
