runthis Posted May 6, 2016 Share Posted May 6, 2016 I have an order from 2011. I remember the buyer stating that he does not want the order right now, but will want it later. When I do a search I find that this may not even be a user anymore and when going to the resolution center the order number can’t be found. The buyer submitted the order with no information so it is stuck on the “waiting for buyer to submit information” part.
