mustaque2 Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 I placed and paid for a gig to tidy up front page of my website and to make facebook and email templates - then I was ill and hospitalised for 3 weeks. He did not complete the task but submitted the gig uncompleted. As I recovered now but the time has expired to refund or to complain. I have mentioned my situation to him but he seems giving me excuse after excuse. He even did not do half of the job.Can anyone advice what shall I do?
