magellon Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 Since a couple of days I am unable to upload a file, either to attach to a message to a prospect or a proof of work been done when delivering a completed job. The file can be of any format (jpeg, pdf, word, etc…) and the problem is only when working on Fiverr, for example here on the forum, no problem. I can also upload on any of my email clients, any other websites, etc…I have contacted Support and they said that they have checked my account and nothing seems to be wrong with it. They suggested that I do a few things like clearing cache, making sure that I have the latest version of Flash, etc… etc, done this, done that, rebooted, used another browser, still not working. I tried going incognito, it works, but that is not an easy way to work long term.Anyone experiencing similar problems or having an idea please share.I use a Chromebook as laptop which is always up to date, when I close and each time I open it. I can post a request for a service with no file attached and it posts immediately, but when I upload a small image and try to post the request it loads forever until it fails, and when I refresh I’m logged out.
