There are sellers who deliver poor work or they are copy cats and then immediately delete there accounts. Thus no revisions are possible and fiverr isn’t even careing.

Sometimes Fiverr deletes their accounts for the reasons you state. If this is a repeated issue for you personally, you may be repeatedly believing ridiculous offers for low, low prices or simply not doing your due diligence prior to making a purchase. That’s kind of on you.
