I was actually impressed, as I could find nothing to fault (although my to-do list went haywire for 15 minutes when this was upgrade–which would have been OK except I was trying to deliver an order. Grumble, grumble). I like the fact it tells you how many stars you’ve been rated as, removing all anxiety about what “positive” actually means.

Well its a great upgrade. Did you get the email regarding fiverr success program? Its pretty awesome but i am unable to understand how this will work or what priorities they are giving us basically. I am attaching the message. It a ticket they opened basically.

looks like it got rolled out to a lot of people today. I wouldn’t get too excited about it. As far as I can tell you get quarterly reports about whether you’re doing better or worse than the prior quarter (cancellations, overall revenue, that kind of thing).
Aside from that, IDK.

I’ve been on it for a few months now and that’s about the full extent of it for me.

Well lets see. I had some queries which i wanted to be solved and i have asked her on the ticket but right now i haven’t got a reply from her(though i got a reply from some other person and she said she will forward my message because rachel was not in the office) even though i always get replies within half an hour in an ordinary ticket.
