I kept asking for it and she kept telling me it was coming but she had’t done any of it. So now I am out of the 13 days cancellation term, first time user of Fiverr and $105 down and not even anything to modify to show for it. Any advice on how I can get my money back. fonthaunt Posted May 4, 2016 Share Posted May 4, 2016 It’s important to click request modification if a seller delivers nothing. That keeps the order open to be fixed or cancelled. It’s harder for support to help you if you don’t read the terms of service and use the site features, especially if you are willing to gamble a large order with an anonymous seller.
